Zeer exists to get you the help you need, when you need it. We are dedicated to helping you and your community feel safe with a new, easy to use tool for smart devices.

 

Zeer alerts first responders and emergency contacts with your location and live video stream while creating a reliable, anonymous, permanent chain of digital evidence. Only your voice can activate Zeer. We will always have your back when you need us.

 

Privacy is as important to us as your safety. The data used by Zeer will never be sold and is only used to improve your safety. Zeer needs this information to help you when you are in danger.

 

Any personal or behavioral data, like the thumbprint that unlocks your phone or your Zeer secret Safeword, will only be tied to your account. Anonymized data is analyzed at a group level using transparent machine learning algorithms to predict danger in your community and the world. In the future, we hope to use biometric data from wearables devices to interpret when you need help.

 

Your Zeer cloud account can not be accessed without your expressed permission, including by law enforcement. If you are medically incapacitated or no longer living, only a court order or a legally verified family member will be able to access your information.

 

Children under 13 years old are prohibited from using Zeer without a parent’s written permission. 

 

If at any point you would like to see the data we have collected about you so Zeer can serve you, ask through the app or at [email protected] and we will provide you a copy within a week. If you would like your data deleted completely, please let us know and we will delete it. Once the data has been deleted, we will not be able to replace or retrieve it.

 

Your data ultimately belongs to you, not us. Your privacy is as important as your safety. Everything Zeer does is in service to you. We care deeply about you and your loved ones. This is the promise we make.
